We get that buying online can be stressful so we have several policies that help you in case you are not happy. The most important policy being our 60 day refund policy if you are not happy with your item. We also have a 60 day exchange policy in case you just want to change the size or the style. Either way, you will never be stuck with any item that you are not happy with. Check out the warranties and policies page for full details and conditions. Please note that this excludes any custom made orders.
All of our precious metal rings like gold, white gold, platinum and palladium are produced by our jeweller who has been a highly respected producer of precious metal wedding rings since 1983. We guarantee both the quality of the rings, and the metals used to produce them.
For most rings, the answer is no. But for any precious metal rings like gold and platinum, we will require a scanned copy of your driver’s licence (the name on the licence must match the name on the credit card being used).
We do not recommend ordering engraving until you (or the person the ring is for) has tried on the ring and confirmed they are happy with both the fit and the design. Because of this we do not offer engraving as a service. Most local jewellers should be able to laser engrave your ring for you but if not, we have a local jeweller in Brisbane that we highly recommend who accept orders to be shipped to them direct. One of our team members can provide you with their details if you contact us.
Yes. We have had all of our metals tested by a Hospital emergency room to confirm that their equipment could safely remove our rings.
Titanium is the only metal we claim to be 100 percent hypo-allergenic. Titanium is used for internal body screws because of it’s allergy free property. However, all our other metals are hypo-allergenic for most people.
Tungsten and Ceramic are the only materials we guarantee to be scratch-proof under normal wear and tear. While our other metals are far more scratch resistant than softer metals like Gold and Silver, they will still scratch over time, and are not covered under our scratch-proof guarantee.
If you select express shipping during check-out your order will be shipped by our team either on the same business day (if the order is received before 12:30pm) or the following business day. Express is overnight to most locations within Australia.
While we try and stock a large size range some designs will not have all sizes available. If the item is on sale we can often sell out of popular sizes. If the ring is discontinued we may only have a few sizes left. If you can not find the size you need and you desperately want that design please contact one of our team members as they may be able to help.

Unfortunately, none of our modern metals can be re-sized. However we do not want to see you left without a ring. We have a policy that covers you. Our ‘Fit for Life‘ policy allows you to exchange your worn ring for another size for $50 (which is cheaper then exchanging it anyways!). Custom made rings and sizes are not included. Using gold or black to enhance the design of some of our rings allows us to take them visually to “the next level”. Any of our rings that have gold or black plated areas also use a special ion plating system that allows the plating to last significantly longer than traditional plating. In fact, depending on the wearer’s use, the plating may last decades with light use. Plating will scratch off however, so extra care must be taken. With many of our designs, we use other metals like titanium and tungsten as the raised centreline to protect the plated areas, however full plated rings must be worn with extra care.

In general, you should receive a confirmation email for your order. Sometimes the email goes to your spam folder. If you did not receive an email, please let us know and we will follow up on your order. Most of the time it is just an incorrect character in the entered email address.

If your order is received after 12:30pm, it will be shipped on the next business day. Express orders are shipped every business day and parcel post orders are shipped most business days.

First of all, thanks for visiting this page and our store – we appreciate that your time is precious. Mens Rings Online is an Australian owned and operated business that was started because we couldn’t find what we were looking for, in the size that we needed, in the way that we wanted to buy it.
Traditionally, men’s rings seem to have been a bit of an afterthought at traditional jewellery stores. Over-priced, long waiting times, and often a little bit behind the times when it comes to what materials are now available. This is why we set out to build something that could address all of these issues, and why we don’t consider ourselves to be a traditional jewellery store.
Affordability
You’ll notice that our rings are often half the price (and sometimes more) of traditional jewellery stores, yet the quality of our products and service go above and beyond. This is because we simply don’t have the costs that traditional jewellery stores have, and we are able to pass on those savings to you. It’s a delicate balance between quality and price, but we think we have it pretty much nailed (even if we do say so ourselves!).
Speed
It’s actually not easy for a traditional store to stock as many designs in as many sizes as we do – particularly in modern metals such as titanium and tungsten. But due to their inability to be resized, we feel that the additional costs for us to do so are absolutely worth it. Waiting weeks (months) for your initial ring to come, only to find out that it’s not quite the right size (or style) once you see it on your finger is incredibly frustrating. We can’t keep every possible size in stock, but we keep all of the most popular sizes ready to go. This way you not only get your ring fast, but you can exchange it fast as well.
Expertise
We have dropped rings from five story buildings, driven over them in trucks, tried to crush them under weights in a gym, and much more. Partly for research, and partly (if we’re honest) because it’s a lot of fun. There’s still a lot of misinformation out there about what is “the best” metal for a men’s wedding ring, and in our “research” we’ve discovered that this simply doesn’t exist. Every metal has its positives and negatives, and only you can determine which would be most suitable for your lifestyle. We would always lean towards titanium or tungsten ourselves, but it’s a personal choice. We just try to give you as much honest information on our site as possible to help you make the right choice for you.
