If something happens to your ring we want you to know that you can contact us, and if we can help, we will.
Our lifetime warranty covers a lot of your concerns.
We may not always be able to help if it was an “own goal”, such as taking an angle grinder to your ring (true story), or dropping it from extreme heights… (another true story)! But hey, even if you do? Contact us anyway, you never know…we do love a good story, and we might still be able to help!
A lot of lifetime warranties are full of clauses and conditions and fine print that often seemed designed to prevent you from ever being able to use them, so we wanted to avoid that here. Having said that, please understand that all rings have strengths and weaknesses (something we try not to hide here at MRO), so it’s important to take care of any ring you purchase, even if it is as awesome as tungsten, titanium or zirconia ceramic.
From our experience, there is a very good chance he is going to lose his ring one day, as evidenced by how many customers come back requesting to know the details of his original ring so that they can buy a new one! To make this a little less painful, we have introduced a “man-proof” warranty that is available to purchase at the time of purchasing your ring (eg. you can’t purchase it after he loses his ring!). This is available in checkout, and is only available for full priced titanium and tungsten rings, and is valid for one replacement.
If you purchase the man-proof warranty, and he loses his ring, please contact our customer support team, and they will send out the replacement. If you’d like to change style or size, we will also try to accommodate this, but this may incur an additional charge if changing to a more expensive style. If we no longer stock your style and/or size, and you can’t find a suitable replacement, we will refund your man-proof charge.
If you buy multiple rings, you can “man-proof” each one to have them both covered.
