Help!Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our refund and replacement policy sits alongside your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this returns policy excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
Under ACL, our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded — including that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, match their description, and any sample shown. If a product fails to meet one of these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy:
- Minor failure (such as a small finish issue): we will repair or replace the ring at our discretion within a reasonable time.
- Major failure (such as a product that is unsafe, very different from its description, or unfit for its intended purpose): you can choose between a refund or a replacement.
