Terms and Conditions for the Men’s Rings Online Weekly Giveaway

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is 3servants Pty Ltd (ABN 85167988196), located at Cerium St, Narangba, Qld, Australia.

2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies or companies associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must sign up to the Men’s Rings Online weekly newsletter and be subscribed at the time the winner is selected. No purchase is necessary.

4. Giveaway Period
The winner will be selected using a random winner generator every Friday. The winner will be notified by email.

5. Prize
The prize for this giveaway will be a free ring that will change at the discretion of Men’s Rings Online. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other products.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random using a computer-generated random selection process. The draw will take place every Friday. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via email within two business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within five business days to claim the prize, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
