- In-stock rings over $100: You’ve got 60 days to exchange them if the fit isn’t just right. Just keep the tags attached and the original packaging, and we’ll swap it out for you, no sweat!
- In-stock rings under $100: These rings can be exchanged, but we charge a small $10 exchange fee. Why? We want to make sure you’re not stuck with a ring that doesn’t fit or that you don’t love. This small fee just covers our team inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item, as well as inspecting and packaging up your exchange.
- Second-time exchanges: If you need to exchange for a second time, we charge a $10 restocking fee. All subsequent exchanges incur this fee, so please make sure you’re happy with your choice!
- Precious metal custom made rings: If you need a size adjustment, a local jeweller can tweak it for you. Just remember, since we craft these custom rings just for you, we can’t exchange or take them back if you change your mind.
- Custom-made modern metal rings: These rings can’t be exchanged unless approved, so please reach out and double-check. If approved, they may incur an exchange fee from our jeweller, but don’t worry, it’s usually in line with a resizing fee from any local jeweller.
- In-stock rings over $100: You’ve got 60 days to return them if you’re not completely satisfied. Just keep the tags attached and the original packaging, and we’ll provide a full refund (or you can exchange it), no sweat!
