I was originally hesitant to order from mens rings online as I had ordered a ring sizer first and paid for express shipping- this got sent via normal shipping and then the replacement got sent to the wrong address. I found I couldnt get the size I needed in any store yet it was available from mens rings online so I purchased it and hoped for the best. The ring came 2 days later and unfortunately it was a size too big. Charina helped me with an exchange- the process was so easy and that came on the next business day. The ring is beautiful and exactly what my fiancé wants. Customer service was great and im super happy with it!
