My new ring arrived yesterday
My new ring arrived yesterday and it fits perfectly!. I have also been credited for the original ring, so thank you for the work you have done in fast tracking the custom ring and the credit on my return,

To be honest, I was very concerned when the contact phone number directed me back to the website, as I am old school and like to deal with the person, but your system is definitely efficient due to the effort you put in.
Also your ring sizing was different to the local jewellers, with yours larger. The sizing tool you supply is very handy, I haven't checked your site to see if they can be sent out before placing an order. Thanks again, Richard.
