I purchased a ring from this site about 4 months ago but unfortunately it was the wrong size, I got in contact with the team and they were absolutely amazing with the help they provided. They informed me about their ‘Fit for Life’ policy and had the exchange completed within the week. Unfortunately they didn’t have the size I needed so I chose a different design in the correct size and because of their policy I saved around $200 dollars which was just and added bonus. My partner loves the new ring and so do I.
