Great Service and Met Expectations
Very happy with the new ring. The initial selection was not quite what I’d expected. Arranged for an exchange and the process worked and received the new ring which was a more suitable style for my hand.
Great service and communication
I had my size take at a jeweller and order my chosen ring from MRO, the ring arrived three days later super quick, I asked a question through Facebook and got informative replies within a few hours each time. The ring was too big once it arrived the sizing was all correct so I must have stuffed up somewhere. The exchange policy is easy to understand and follow, I send the original back and was given a coupon code to purchase a different ring up to the value of the original which was shipped all in the same day. I can't fault the speed of the delivers, great personal communication and the product was exactly what it looked like in the photos and made flawlessly. I would use these guys and recommend any day of the week.
