Trying again
My order arrived and is currently on its way back to your warehouse for an exchange so I have been relatively happy with how the exchange process works so far. .. the ring itself had such a variation in the colour of the wood (in fact, half the ring was almost a yellow wood - not at all like the image above) that even if it had fit correctly I would have returned. Fingers crossed for attempt #2!
