Great ring, great service
So easy to choose my wedding ring. (And what a gorgeous ring. Elegant and evokes strength and style. )
The selection is extensive without being overwhelming or loaded with crap.
Then everything about the purchase and delivery was simple and easy to complete. Packaging is classy too.
After wearing my ring for a month I realised I chose the wrong size. A little too big. It nearly slipped off a couple times at work.
Being a titanium ring I couldn’t take it to a jeweller. Because I had worn the ring I could take advantage of the ‘fit for life’ policy. Charina explained the policy and requirements clearly. I had complete faith that the process would be without issue.
And that’s what happened. In next to no time I received my new ring, smaller size and it did perfectly.
