Orders over $60 are shipped via standard shipping (7-14 business days) absolutely free, while orders under $60 come with a $9.99 shipping and handling fee.

Express shipping is also available for $14.99 and is shipped every day!

You can track your order by using the tracking number in your confirmation email.  If you didn’t receive this email, please check your spam, and if you still can’t find it, please contact customer support using the form below.

All you need to do to start our return or exchange process is fill out our form which you can find here within 60 days of your purchase. Then a customer support team member will reach out to you with the next steps. For full Terms & Conditions click here.

While precious metals can be resized, modern metals like titanium and tungsten cannot. This is why we offer a Fit For Life service where for only $50 you can exchange your ring for a better size should your finger size change over time.

Please note that this does not include custom made rings.

We believe in our in-stock titanium and tungsten rings so much that we offer a lifetime structural warranty. Should your ring crack or break during normal wear and tear, simply get in touch and we’ll provide you with a new option.

Our exchange or returns policy depends on what type of ring you have purchased;

All in-stock rings (over $100) are about making your experience easy-peasy and worry-free. You’ve got an easy 60 days to exchange them. If the fit isn’t just right, we’re here to swap it out for you, no sweat! Just remember to keep your tags attached and the original packaging. 

In-stock rings under $100 can generally be exchanged but do incur a $10 exchange fee.

Second time around the block? If you need to exchange for a second time then we do charge a $10 restocking fee. All subsequent exchanges incur the $10 restocking fee!

Have a precious metal ring? A local jeweller can tweak the size for you. Just remember, since we craft these custom rings just for you, we can’t exchange or take ’em back if you change your mind.

Custom Made rings that are modern metal are unable to be exchanged unless approved so please reach out and double check. However, they do incur an exchange fee from our jeweller but don’t worry it is generally inline with a resizing fee from any local jeweller.
