Returns/Exchange Policy For Gold, White Gold, Platinum and Palladium Rings:

As all of our precious metal rings are custom produced for you, we unfortunately are unable to give you a refund or exchange should you change your mind upon receiving the item, or have chosen an incorrect size. If you have purchased the incorrect size, you are certainly able to have it resized at your local jeweller at your own discretion. If you receive your item however, and it is not what you ordered, or it is faulty, you can certainly return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (provided the tag is still attached).

We recommend Parcel Post or Express Shipping as these have a tracking number and offer proof of shipping in the rare case that your order is lost in transit. Return shipping costs are not covered by our ‘fee free’ exchange/returns policy.

The Process

Refunds – Once we have received your ring back, refunds are processed within 24 hours. It may take up to 7 working days before you receive the funds back however, depending on the payment type used (typically PayPal refunds happen very quickly, and credit card refunds take 5-7 business days). There are no restocking fees.
